Come prepared to walk a mile
with us, and then learn about the rest of the program, and whether it's a good
fit for you.
The training offers following and requires no prior experience:
- Group Sessions: Every Saturday with your coaches and fellow trainees
- Individual midweek training workouts on your own, 2x weekly
- RRCA and USATF Certified Coaches available for personal consultation
