The 2015 Summer Training Program
is in full swing and our next training run will be on August 1st.  Please join us at Bluemont Park in Arlington, VA.  Please click here for more details.

MCC requires all participants in our summer training program to carry fluids and properly hydrate before, during, and after each Saturday training run. While we respect anyone who practices religious or cultural traditions to fast from food and drink, we cannot allow anyone to participate in our training runs while they are fasting from fluids.

During Ramadan 2015, Mazen Badr is organizing training runs after sunset. Contact Mazen at Mbadr.pdsys@gmail.com for more details.
