This week, we will be running in Reston @ 7:00 AM ET on Saturday, August 17th. The coaches will be Cathy and Kirk.

Meeting Point: 12196 Sunset Hills Road,Reston, VA 20190. We will be meeting behind the YMCA. For directions, please click here.

Distance: The scheduled mileage is 16 miles for marathon trainees and 11 miles for the half-marathon trainees.

Route:  We will leave from behind YMCA and will be going 4 miles west on W&OD trail to milepost 22.5, then the Marathoners will run east to milepost 14.5 and then return to base. The Half-Marathoners will run east to milepost 17 and return to base.

The aid-stations will be at 3 locations: start/finish @ milepost 18.5, Crestview Rd @milepost 21, and near milepost 16.
